Crown & Craft is a directory that connects clients with independent barbers and stylists across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Barbers & stylists are independent
Barbers and stylists listed on Crown & Craft are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Crown & Craft. Bookings, scheduling, payments, and the service itself happen directly between you and the barber or stylist.
No responsibility for services
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, pricing, or outcome of any service provided by a barber or stylist listed in the directory. Any dispute is between you and the barber or stylist.
Barber & stylist responsibilities
Barbers and stylists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and for having the rights to any portfolio images they upload. Submitting content you don't have rights to is a violation of these terms.
Removal of profiles
We may remove profiles or listings at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, complaints, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown & Craft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from services provided by any barber or stylist listed on it. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
